How to become an instructor?
Who can apply to become a tutor on PhyChemBio Tutors?
We welcome experienced and passionate educators who have strong subject mastery and a genuine desire to help students succeed. This includes graduates, professionals, and qualified teachers in subjects such as Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and other core academic areas.
What are the requirements to become a tutor?
- Strong knowledge and experience in your subject(s)
- Good communication and teaching skills
- A laptop and reliable internet connection (for online teaching)
- Willingness to undergo background checks and verification
- Passion for personalized teaching
Is teaching experience mandatory?
While prior teaching experience is highly valued, we also consider candidates with strong subject expertise and a natural ability to explain concepts clearly. Your passion and teaching potential matter a lot to us.
How long does the application process take?
After you submit your application (including the introduction video), our team reviews it within 1 to 3 working days. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage, which may include an interview or demo lesson.
Do I need to upload a video? Why?
Yes, we strongly recommend uploading a 3–5 minute video of yourself. This helps us assess your communication skills, personality, and teaching style so we can make better matching decisions.
